1.0625" x 2.25" .032 aluminum Metalphoto wet film thickness gauge measuring paint or coating thickness applied wet to various surfaces. Offered imprinted 1 sided with no scales/custom imprint on back or 2 sided with scales/custom imprint on both sides, measuring 6-30 MIL and/or 152-762 Micron scales. Directions for use can be incorporated. Metalphoto uses an anodized photosensitive aluminum and light to embed a black imprint within the material. PolyColor uses Metalphoto aluminum, opens the pores of anodization and embeds a standard 1-color imprint. Standard imprint colors include black, red, blue, green, orange or purple. Exact color matches are not guaranteed. PolyColor inks may vary slightly from run to run. PMS color matches not available. These processes may be soaked in solvent solutions to clean the product and it will not tarnish the imprint.
